As a part of Transient Transgressions exhibition I held a conversational performance to bring awareness to the process of ingesting, digesting, and excreting art--we talked over the preparation of a raw beetroot salad, ate the salad in the gallery, and watched it move through our bodies dying our excretion the next day.
